Artificial Intelligence (AI) appears in business practices across many industries, and the organizations utilizing AI have experienced increased productivity and efficiency. The uses of AI are widespread and projected to continue infiltrating new sectors over the next few years.
During an interview with Forbes Technology Council, Patrick Emmons, Founder and CEO of DragonSpears, shared his perspective on using AI in the accounting industry.
He said, “The accounting needs for most of these organizations are almost undifferentiated, making small business accounting ripe for AI to replace or augment bookkeepers, controllers, and similar roles.”
