Lately, a core focus of the technology industry has been building inclusive and diverse teams. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) opportunities not only lie within internal teams but also apply externally to customers, vendors, and partners. Many tech companies are developing unique strategies to broaden their user base.

Members of the Forbes Technology Council discuss actionable steps leaders can take to actively reach a diverse audience. Patrick Emmons, Founder & CEO at DragonSpears, shares insight as to how leaders can look outward to cultivate an inclusive culture.
